Students completing this course register themselves with the Hybrid Medic Regional Exchange Promotion office and will be provided with career assistance. The purpose of this office is to provide active liaison with the local community. The Hybrid program is itself part of a collaboration between industry, academia and governmental bodies. This office also provides consultation services for both medical institutions and local industries. The office works to provide a bridge between research and practical application where medical staff can discuss ideas with local industries that possess technical expertise that may be put to practical use in meeting medical needs. This service will act as an exchange consultancy service, allowing for the active exchange of ideas and information between medical workers, researchers and businesses, as well as providing employment connections with the respective companies.
Furthermore, the Hybrid Regional Exchange office also provides for consultancy tailored for medical personnel who have taken leave to raise families, the proactive input from such persons (typically women) will be invaluable in the continued development of such as medical equipment.
