We had lectures two times and did group works. Through discussion with different universities, departments and grades, participants can have got good opportunities to image their own career plans and life plans in the future.

We had a lecture about historic background, data of gender equality and think about "my life design" through mini-workshop. Students announced what they need, what they overcome, specific age, and their declaration to make dreams come true that was significant time at all.

| + | Developmental disorder is not the domestic and environmental problem that grew up. By accepting snuggling it up, children special need come to be able to fit the society. The support and understanding of the surrounding people are important. |

We held kick-off symposium.
We held a kickoff symposium on Saturday, February 15, 2014. At the symposium, the Nagata center head explained business contents following opening address: Dr. Isao Shimokawa (Nagasaki University medicine director), Ms.Chizuko Kataoka(Nagasaki Junshin university lead). In addition, Ms. Fumiko Ogawa(Nagasaki-shi inclusion care Machinnaka lounge chief editor), gave us an introduce the activity of "the Machinnaka lounge" as one of the actions in Nagasaki city. We invited Dr. Noboru Yamaguchi（Public Mitsugi General Hospital honor director）,who is a pioneer of local inclusion care and listened his passionate lecture respectfully as a keynote address, which title called " construction of the area inclusion care system in the super aging society 〜especially medical and nursing".

104 people in total from many organizations in Nagasaki participated in this symposium. We realized the expectation for this project and importance of the responsibility some other time. We want to promote a project in future, work hard at future medical person upbringing through local inclusion care and to contribute to the enhancement of the area inclusion care system in Nagasaki. Thank you for cooperating and understanding for our activity.

We participated in a joint opening forum: Medical Reserchers of the future by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology; "Development of general medical-treatment doctors with research minds"
We participated in a joint opening forum: Medical Reserchers of the future by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology; "Development of general medical-treatment doctors with research minds", which was held at Tsukuba University Tokyo campus Bunkyo school building on Friday, January 31, 2014. In this forum, introduced the project, which 15 universities chosen for the purpose of training superior synthesis medical-treatment doctors with research minds, who could cope with the local inclusion care system in the future super aging society, and exchanged information, and a panel discussion was performed about a prospective role to this project and the future prospects. Mr. Hideo Teshima, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology higher educationburau Medical Education Division university hospital support general manager, gave us a specil lecture: to expect for scenery of this business and each project in Part 1. In Part 2, poster announcement was carried out about the business action of 15 universities. Dr. Kumiko Iou, Assistant Professor, announced in representatives in our center. Each action of each university was interesting and was significant time as a place of the information exchange of this business.

In Part 3, a symposium was held titled "a role prospective for this business and the future prospects". We listened to the opinion from the various quarters: Importance of the synthesis medical-treatment doctors, expectation of the action for upbringing, producing doctors, and desires to the community and society through the valuable lecture and the panel discussion by the symposists, We would like to work hard at the accomplishment of the project in order to contribute to train general medical-treatment doctor in Nagasaki.
